Sarah-Louise Weller

I am the Unit's administration manager and PA to the Directors.  My responsibilities include the dissemination of research findings through news articles, presentations and posters, organising a variety of workshops and local events as well as co-ordinating parent participation in the 'Child Talk - What Works' project.
I recently completed a MSc in Management at the University of the West of England. My final year dissertation study, supervised by Dr Caroline Clarke, focused on the impact on the professional identity of Speech & Language Therapists during a departmental re-organisation. I am currently writing up my research findings in articles for submission to the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists 'Bulletin'  and the Health Services Journal.
